2. Within your web page source code place the following:

   • Replace 'BANNER-FILENAME.gif' with the banner file name you are using i.e 'AC09-305a.gif'
   • Replace 'YOUR-CONTACT-US-PAGE.html' with the URL of your 'Contact Us' page.
