At Speed Queen, we are constantly thinking of new ways to make the laundry chore better and easier for you; here are just seven examples of how the TR7 washers bring that experience to the next level.

Let’s start at the beginning of the wash: our TR7 top load washers include the soak and prewash options for heavily soiled clothing or deep stains. The soak option fills the tub full to soak items for up to 24 hours, and the prewash option adds an additional full-tub wash segment. This saves the user time by getting their load clean in one cycle.

There is also the delayed start option that delays the start of a cycle per hour for up to 24 hours, so you can have the wash cycle finish at the time most convenient for them.

Looking at the different cycle options, the TR7 can reduce the wash time by 20 percent for lightly soiled items by using the speed cycle option. With the super soiled cycle, you can attack and remove the most difficult stains with the soak, prewash, aggressive agitation time and a second rinse to ensure the really dirty items come out clean. The third cycle feature is the selection of eight different special cycles, each one created specially tailored to wash specific types of clothing and linen from waterproof clothes to eco-heavy duty to denim.

For the end of the cycle, users can choose the warm rinse option, which mixes 50 percent hot water into the rinse water, relaxing the fibers in the linen and allowing the fabric to subtly stretch during agitation, improving soap removal. This is especially helpful for heavy-duty items like wool and towels.

Finally, now that we’ve reached the end of the cycle, our TR7 helps eliminate delays through its end of cycle signal option, which alerts the user when the wash cycle is finished and can be adjusted with three volume levels or turned off. Laundry doesn’t have to be a chore. With the right machine and user-friendly features, doing the laundry and getting great results can be a breeze.
